Every day we work with passion to ensure that ordered items reach our customers as quickly as possible. Sharing greatness is only possible if we are sure that everyone can receive their ordered items on time.

Although we cannot give an indication of the exact minute when an ordered item will arrive, we always do our utmost to get orders to your doorstep as quickly as possible. 

In and outs regarding orders

When delivering an order, the delivery person will ask you to sign for the package. This ensures that there is always certainty that an order has arrived. When no one is at home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox of the receiver. This notice provides information on where to pick up your package on a confirmed location or when the package will be offered for delivery again.

Whether it is your private or work address, we send your order to wherever you want it to be send to. When placing an order you can specify your preferred delivery address. Please note that if you have your order delivered to an alternate address, that there is someone available on that location at the time of delivery.

After an order has been placed with us we will send you a confirmation email with an overview of the ordered items and the corresponding delivery address. In addition you will also receive your personal tracking code in this email. This tracking code enables you to see where your order is located at any given time.

Possible issues with delivery

If an order is unexpectedly delayed we are always available to help. Whenever you are just about to give us a call about an issue, there are a few things that are good to know at the last minute!

1. Is an item missing from your arrived order?

We may have sent your order to you in several separate shipments. So don't worry if you miss an ordered item upon receivement. The other items will appear on your doormat on a later delivery date.

2. Really not received delivery?

Always check carefully which delivery address you have provided during the order process. In addition, an order may be delivered to a post office or nearby collection point due to your absence. Always check the tracking code of your order to see where your order is located.

Our return policy

Not completely satisfied with an ordered item? Please send us the item together with the enclosed ​return form​ within ​14 days​ after receivement. We will then exchange the item for the desired replacement or refund the purchasing price within two weeks. Please make sure that items are returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging. In this way, our items retain their value.
